"The Spring (Primavera)" is one of the most celebrated and complex masterpieces of the Italian Renaissance, painted by Sandro Botticelli for the prominent Medici family. Housed in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, this large-scale allegorical work depicts nine figures from classical mythology positioned within an orange grove. Venus stands at the center, with Cupid hovering above her, while the Three Graces and Mercury occupy the left side, and Zephyrus, Chloris, and Flora appear on the right.
